VERY FLEXIBLE OFFICE HOURS-Our office is open Monday to Friday from 10:00am until 5:00pm.  We are available after hours and weekends to fit your schedule, just let us know!  With an appointment we can meet with you in person, via Facetime or Skype.
PROBLEMS-Should you have a problem before or during your trip we are here for you.
COST FOR SERVICES-Our only fees apply for stand-alone airline tickets (not booked in combination with a cruise or land package) and for certain non-standard individualized tour packages.
